Lodge Executive Committee (LEC): The LEC meets on the third Wednesday of each month, typically at the Irvine Ranch Water District Community room. The LEC consists of the Lodge Board including appointed positions and Chapter Chiefs. Other lodge members are welcome to attend LEC meetings to view lodge happenings. LEC meetings are also on Zoom and emailed out to the LEC members.

Service Committee: The Service Committee is led by the Lodge Vice Chief of Service, and includes Chapter Vice Chiefs of Service and anyone who is interested in helping with lodge service. Meetings can be found on the calendar or by emailing service@wiatava.org

Activities Committee: The Activities Committee is led by the Lodge Vice Chief of Activities, and includes Chapter Vice Chiefs of Activities and anyone who is interested in assisting with lodge activities like the Lodge BBQ and Fall Fellowship. Meetings can be found on the calendar or by emailing activities@wiatava.org

Ceremonies Team: The Ceremonies Team is led by the Lodge Vice Chief of Ceremonies, and includes Ceremonialists. The team performs Induction and Brotherhood ceremonies and anyone is welcome to join! For more information, email ceremonies@wiatava.org

Cog Committee: The Cog Committee is led by the Lodge Secretary and anyone is free to join. The committee helps in preparing the Cog Newsletter and the social media for the lodge (Wiatava Lodge on Instagram). Meetings can be found on the calendar or by emailing secretary@wiatava.org

Vigil Committee: The Vigil Committee is a closed committee that is led by the Lodge Vigil Chief and includes the Chapter Vigil Chiefs. It is a part of the Vigil selection process.

Founder’s Award Committee: The Founder’s Award Committee is a closed committee led by the Founder’s Award Committee Chair to determine the recipients of the Founder’s Award for the year.

Scholarship Committee: The Scholarship Committee is a closed committee led by the Lodge Treasurer and Lodge Chief to award scholarships to applicants. To apply for a scholarship, fill out the scholarship application and email it to treasurer@wiatava.org and CC chief@wiatava.org

NOAC Committee: The NOAC Committee makes plans for our lodge’s contingent at the National Order of the Arrow Conference. For more information, contact noac@wiatava.org
