Chapter Awards

Chapter of the Year: Awarded to the highest-achieving chapter in the lodge for a given year, based on the Chapter Achievement Program (CAP).

Most Improved Chapter: Awarded to the most improved chapter in the lodge for a given year, based on the Chapter Achievement Program (CAP).

Chapter Camping Promotions Award: Awarded to the chapter with the most achievement within camping promotions in the lodge for a given year.

Chapter Service Award: Awarded to the chapter with the most achievement within service in the lodge for a given year.

Spirit Cog: Awarded to the most spirited chapter at Fall Fellowship each year.

Individual Awards

Founder’s Award: Recognizes those Arrowmen (youth and adult) who have given the lodge exemplary service, personal effort, and unselfish interest, and have made contributions beyond the immediate responsibilities of their position or office in the lodge over multiple years, determined by a committee.

Silver Arrow Award: Awarded to honor the most outstanding youth and adult Arrowman during the year, determined by the LEC.

Individual Camping Promotion Award: Awarded to Arrowmen who apply, showing dedication to camping promotion by fulfilling the requirements. See the form here

John La Bare Camping Award: Named in honor of former Director of Camping and Wiatava’s first Staff Adviser, John LaBare, this award will go to the Arrowman, under the age of 21, who, over the year, has helped promote camping above all other Arrowmen

Wischixin Award: Awarded to Arrowmen who apply, showing service and dedication to the Order of the Arrow and Scouting as a whole by fulfilling the requirements. See the form here

First Year Arrowman Award: Awarded to Arrowmen who have participated in the Wiatava/Order of the Arrow Program significantly within the first 12 months following their Induction. See the form here

Elangomat Award: Awarded to Arrowmen who actively participate in Inductions and serve as Elangomats. See the form here

Article of the Year: Awarded to the author of the best article in the Cog. To enter, submit your articles to the Lodge Secretary!
